Everything was great. The check in process was fast. Enjoyed breakfast specially it was located on the rooftop. The room was always clean. Friendly and helpful staffs.

All ok ok. Weird alarm on both nights- rooms are not soundproof. Room needed a rug- just too bare. Breakfast was good. It's not the most lively place. I did like that they had a kettle in the room. That was probably the nicest thing for me.

Smart Guesthouse was a great place to stay on our visit to Rome. Conveniently located near train station and Metro. Decent walking distance to many landmarks. Room was clean and perfect for my daughter and I. Host was super helpful and accommodating.

The property and entrance were run down. Also didn’t feel clean. The person that checked us in was pleasant and welcoming. The room was the opposite. It was clean and comfortable. We had a king bed & all linens were fresh.
