### Charming house in Moulins, pets welcome

You're at the immediate starting point for charming nature walks accessible to all, while being close to the historic center and numerous museums, including the National Center for Costume and the Stage, 500 meters away.  
This residence combines old-world charm with modern comforts. It will be the ideal place for a vacation with family or friends.  
  
Ground floor: Accessed by a few steps, enter the comfortable living room where you'll gather to share convivial moments, a reading room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate toilet.  
First floor: a bedroom for 2 people, a spacious master suite for 2 people with a sitting area, a private bathroom (shower), a kitchenette, and access to a terrace, and a bathroom (bathtub and toilet).  
Second floor: an adjoining bedroom for 2 people with a children's area, and a bedroom for 2 people. The two bedrooms can also be connected.  
A travel cot, high chair, and a deckchair are available upon request from the owner.  
  
Gite extras: sheets provided and beds made upon arrival, towels and tea towels included.  
  
End-of-stay cleaning is an additional charge.  
Heating option available from November to April (depending on outside temperatures).  
  
Flat-screen TV, optional cleaning, washing machine, dishwasher, baby crib, enclosed garden, tumble dryer, central heating, microwave, Wi-Fi or internet access, house, sheets provided, household linen, terrace, garage, pets allowed, pet deposit, conv.
