"Ein traumhafter Ort, märchenhafte Natur, weit weg von der Welt und doch in der Nähe einer diskreten Gemeinschaft von Menschen, die Abenteuerliebhabern ein besonderes touristisches Projekt bieten und wertschätzen. Aufgrund des sintflutartigen Regens mussten wir auf eine Übernachtung verzichten, möchten aber gerne an diesen traumhaften Ort zurückkehren. "Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing. "Tolle Unterkunft. Frühstück etwas mager (kein Obst, Gemüse), oft ist etwas leer - vor allem Brot - und wird nicht oder nur langsam nachgefüllt. Dennoch war der Aufenthalt 10/10! Preis/Leistung echt top."

The food sucks, it was cold and a buffe a 10 year old with an interest with food could outdo xD my mom has works in a resturant for 18 years and i have loved to cook for all of my 27 years i've been alive, and paying 22 euro per person for that is a joke, you even had to pay for coffe, most drinks where allready done and in buttles, i would say the best part of the food was the hot chocolate you hot to breakfast, witch by itself was warm milk and powder.
