"Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Arrived no hot water, internet did not work for two days,there was a bat in our room one day. Room was very hot. Room was very sparse not even Kleenex. Very kid friendly kids running up and down hill from early morning to night. Not recommended if you do not have kids"

"The hotel is fine and in decent condition. The walls are thin enabling me to hear my neighbors' TV. The staff were generally unable to converse in English and thus I had to use my broken German to try to get by - this resulted in my interactions with all but one person (a waitress at breakfast) being terse and cold - which is not/not typical for Austrians. "Überteuertes veraltetes Hotel,das einzig positive war das Hunde mit durften. Zimmer an sich war auch gut gereinigt aber es fehlten randleisten am Boden,&&& alles einfach zu alt und renovier bedürftig."

"The property is about a kilometer out of town, so you will need a car. But it is right at the base of the mountain with the stream running in front. It was very clean, with new carpet. The dining room is beautiful, natural wood, and excellent food was served. It is family run, so you won't see a lot of staff around, but someone was always available.
