At the water's edge, villa of contemporary architect on 2 levels with a surface of 164 m² on a private plot of 2500 m² in the heart of the Gorges du Tarn. Rental classified 5 stars and labeled 5 ears Gites de France, for 2 to 9 people with spa, private beach, garden and landscaped terraces, wifi, ground floor accessible to disabled people with reduced mobility. Sensitive to environmental issues, the cottage was built to new BBC standards. The architects designed the layout of the house, its insulation and the exhibition of living rooms with this in mind. A wooden strip sunshade protects the glass facade of the first floor while preserving the view and the flat roof facilitates the integration of the house into its environment. The rooms all have electric shutters allowing their concealment and their insulation if necessary. Inside, double insulation, silent floors and soundproof doors keep everyone calm and private. The taps have the water saving device and the flushes are double flow. We invite you to participate in selective sorting and we supply you with certified ecological household products. The flora and fauna of the river near the cottage are rich but fragile: to better observe and discover it, we provide you with a telescope and books to consult. Ausstattungstechnisch ist wirklich alles vorhanden, das man sich wünscht und im Vergleich zu anderen Objekte, die wir schon gebucht hatten, war auch alles Einsatzfähig und; wie in der Objektbeschreibung versprochen, vorhanden. The owners have included everything that is needed to make you holiday comfortable and relaxing. It is located in a quiet clearing with fantastic views of the vultures and other wildlife. Its location allows easy access to the local gorges, villages and Millau - but a car is best for this. Highly recommended. ##### Alastair M. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, le gîte est magnifique, la terrasse exceptionnelle, la décoration de chaque pièce est parfaite, il ne manque rien. Tout est fait pour qu'on s'y sente bien. La villa est splendide, très propre et facile à entretenir. Le réfrigérateur supplémentair dans le débarras était très utile. Les chambres à coucher sont très belles. La température est facile à régler grace au volets automatiques. Sa localisation est sublime au bord du Tarn, aussi idéale pour notre Labrador. Nous avons apprécié tellement le séjour dans la villa, que nous n'avons pas le temps de faire toutes les randonnées en bicyclette ou en kajak. Nous espérons de retourner un jour. La cominaison entre vivre presqu' en pleine nature et le confort de la villa est parfait. L'endroit est calme mais aussi à proximité de restos, de sites touristiques... Et si vous voulez savoir davantage sur les vautours et les observer le matin ou en soirée, il suffit de s'installer sur la terrasse et d'observer les falaises au bord du Tarn en face de la villa. ##### Margot W. Leurs conseils sur la région était très pratiques. La villa est encore mieux que la description. Elle était très propre et le design modern, que nous aimons très fort, assure un entretien très facile. Le réfrigérateur supplémentair dans le débarras était très utile. Sa localisation est sublime au bord du Tarn (aussi idéale pour notre Labrador) C'est aussi un très bon départ pour les randonnées en bicyclette ou en kajak. Le seul problème est qu'on est facilement séduit à rester dans la villa à fin se détendre complètement. Alors, il faut retourner à fin de mieux visiter la région aussi spectaculaire. Triste de partir, nous serions bien resté une semaine de plus! Une vue panoramique magnifique sur le Tarn, même quand on prend la douche! Un jacuzzi très agreable, même avec -5 degrés dehors. Nous y étions allé dans l'optique de nous reposer et c'est chose faite, nous sommes ressourcé! Le plus avec l'équipement electromenager machine à laver, sèche linge... permet de ne pas se retrouver avec une tonne de linge à notre retour, un vrai bonheur! Tout a été pensé dans les moindres détails pour se sentir bien! Je recommande vivement car même les propriétaires sont super! ##### celine p. On s'y sent comme à la maison, elle est très fonctionnelle, tout le nécessaire est à disposition! Nous serions bien resté une semaine de plus, c'était trop court! Le Jacuzzi un vrai régal, surtout le soir avec - 5°C en extérieur! La maison est magnifique, le cadre très agréable. Un grand merci à Natacha et Sébastien pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse, ainsi que pour leurs conseils sur les activités à faire autour! Et surtout pour les jeux de sociétés... Petits, ados et grands nous avons tous appréciés cette superbe villa au milieu d une nature grandiose. Tout était réuni pour des vacances avec un grand V : une villa à la décoration et au confort soignés, une terrasse où nous avons passé de longs moments à admirer la nature, à profiter du calme et à nous relaxer dans le Spa après de longues randonnées pour découvrir une région riche en paysage et en culture. Sans compter la plage et les eaux fraiches de Tarn. Un grand merci à Natacha et Sébastien pour leur accueil leur gentillesse et leurs conseils. Bravo pour cette belle réussite ! Nous n avons qu'un seul regret, que ces vacances n aient duré que 15 jours et c est avec plaisir que nous y retournerons car cette région est magnifique. ##### valerie c. ---
