First this apartment is very well located in a quiet safe neighborhood with many superior properties to this one. The apartment was not ready at check in time and the property owner refused to tell us when it would be ready. We had to shower for our first event while they cleaned. The primary shower does not drain properly. Hot water in the other shower and kitchen stopped working on our last day. There are pages of instructions about how to fix what might break and you are told to only call with an emergency. You get a generic telephone agent when you reach out for help that knows nothing of you or your property. Everything that VRBO promises to avoid is present in this management company. The property is fine but very basic and not luxury. The linens and beds are the cheapest quality. The hot water failed to work on the last day. There is nothing to wash dishes with and the not even a single napkin or instill of paper towels. ##### J.D. A.
