This little 1970's gem is beautifully styled with modern, comfortable furnishings and is spotlessly clean and well maintained, offering everything you need for a relaxed South Coast getaway.

Step inside and be welcomed by a new and bright, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space designed for effortless holiday living. Enjoy a coffee on the generous front deck in the morning sun surrounded by lush greenery or an sunset drink on the elevated back balcony while catching glimpses of the surf at North Broulee and listening to the birds in the Australian bush backyard.

Make use of the complimentary kayaks and boogie boards or relax with a board game, jigsaw puzzle or a good book after a day by the water. Spend your afternoons swinging in the hammock beneath shady gum trees, or gather around the outdoor fire pit to toast marshmallows under the stars.

Bikes are available to explore Mossy Point and Broulee, or you can simply stroll to the nearby beaches and river. Parking for two cars is available in the driveway, with extra street parking nearby.

We welcome well-behaved pets, though please note the yard is not fenced, so supervision is required.

The cleaning fee includes bed linen and bath towels—just bring your beach towels.

Our time at breezy perch in January was fabulous. Our host had thought of everything needed for a very comfortable holiday stay and was great at keeping in contact. The brand new fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and opportunity to relax on back balcony listening to nature made it a very relaxing break!
