Located just 450 meters from the beach, this coastal retreat offers easy access to sun-soaked sands, swimming, and beachcombing, making every day a seaside adventure. Upstairs, the master suite features an ensuite and a private balcony, along with a second living area—perfect for reading, relaxing, or enjoying a quiet moment. Downstairs, the main living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, ideal for family gatherings and shared meals. The second bedroom and combined bathroom/laundry are conveniently located on this level for ease and comfort. The modern kitchen includes a dishwasher, making meal prep simple, while the wood fire adds warmth and charm during cooler months. For local flavor, the Mossy Café is just 400 meters away, perfect for coffee or a casual bite. Main heating was a wood burner, there was no wood available at the property? The picture of the house does not show the state of the exterior now, it is a mess. The external deck and furniture was filthy, obviously not cleaned for a long time. The house contained some excellent features, but wasn't properly cleaned, lots of dust and dirt along edges everywhere.
