"Sur une plage exceptionnelle, avec un paysage qui change selon les marées. Parfaitement calme. Staff impeccable et adorable, aux petits soins. Tout compris, bons repas et très bon petit déjeuner. Juste un petit bémol compte tenu du prix, quelques améliorations sont à prevoir (pas de wifi, decks abimés, piscine un peu douteuse). Mais à part ça c’est quand même un endroit de rêve! "

"Pour commencer, l’établissement n’avait pas de confirmation d’expedia (hotels.com)… C’est un avis personnel, mais je ne me suis pas senti bien dans cet hôtel. Il conviendra probablement mieux à d’autres! Pour: C’est parfaitement propre, la literie est bonne et les chambres sont plutot grandes. Le staff est sympathique. Contre: L’ambiance générale est un peu triste. Le bâtiment est froid, sans âme… une ambiance d’hotel en périphérie de grande ville. L’hôtel était désert. Le petit déjeuner...

"A former IMF type executive, Italian national Bruno, owns and manages the property with flair, sprezzatura and Northern European efficiency; Manuel, his front of house manager of 3 other staffers, is a dab hand with breakfast, preparing the most tasty scrambled eggs in my life since 1980; while taken into care by Bruno, dog Bella, lends a canine affection; while Bruno’s curios placed in my room, (including Portuguese cannon balls) provides much charm and personality, complementing any interest you may have in visiting a most wonderful Island of bucolic charm and faded past grandeur, I loved my week long stay in the Jardin. "
