We were looking for a simple and relaxing getaway. This met all of our needs. The place was clean, beds were comfy, and Benjamin went out of his way for special requests due to fragrance allergies. It was a quiet neighborhood that was centrally located to everything in Moses Lake. We would gladly stay again.

Host will blame you for damages 3 weeks after your stay. We are extremely clean and low impact people. Have received our deposits back at every single place we have ever stayed for years and years, and all of a sudden are being pinned with damages that the host does not keep track of. Unacceptable. House was not that clean, seemed like a quick turnover basic clean between guests. Some of the furniture was broken, cat scratched, and old. Most basic kitchen outfit with the cheapest possible furnishings. Bottom of the barrel linens, etc. Typical greedy owner, spending as little money as possible on their investment and then blaming guests for damages so that they have little to no cost themselves. Shame on you. We actually were mostly happy with our stay, not the complaining type, until now. Do not rent this place!!

Quiet and comfortable

We came during the snow and the house was comfortably warm. A nice, quiet neighborhood and everything we needed (towels, bathing supplies, utensils, etc.) was supplied.

Nice place, but…

Had a nice stay. Quiet neighborhood. The house was a little odd - it seemed to be a place where they once rented by the room, or a halfway house/sober living or something. Also not as private as it was advertised. Overall not bad though.

Great responsive host

When I initially booked my stay I accidentally booked it for a day ahead. The host was very helpful and adjusted the dates for me in a beat. I later asked if we could check out late to better suit our travels and the host was so accommodating and quick to reply and allowed us to extend our check out 3 hours. 10/10 experience. The house was a lot larger than I expected as well. Parking was a breeze. They had another gues in the “guest house” which is an attached converted garage it seems. The walls are a tad thin but it was totally fine.

Thanksgiving Stay

We stayed in the property to be able to have our own family space while visiting my wife's family. The house was clean and well maintained. There were plenty of things that we were able to use and enjoy while we were there. There were a couple of minor annoyances First - The address wasn't very readable in the dark. That "2" was the weirdest looking 2 ever and looked like an "8" or a "6" from the road in the dark. Second - The rooms all lock with a code, which is great, but the codes weren't available anywhere in the check in documents. We reached out to the property manager who quickly responded with the proper code, but search as we might, we couldn't find them
