Room was with 3 beds way too small. Garage was good and easy to get in and out. Lobby is very sad and not a nice place to sit. Surrounding is not nice, but in walking distance to the Porsche Museum.

The hotel is very traditional There is no elevator to every floor I missed the coffee or water in the lobby for a spa hotel a Must. !!

Great location, super lobby and courtyard and very nice room. The location was terrific and the staff lovely. We will return.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel L’Ill in Strasbourg! The service was outstanding—every staff member was warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet spot but still just a short walk from the heart of the old town and all the main sights. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The entire hotel was clean and comfortable, and I felt very well looked after throughout my stay. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Strasbourg—great value, wonderful people, and an unbeatable location.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. Food was superb.Our room roomy and wonderful view towards Black Forest. Worth the money and fully enjoyed the stay.
