Difficult check in experience for all 3 of me and my friends (all had different bookings).
We had to leave a wedding party for a while to "quickly" try to book in and then return to the wedding so we hoped we wouldnt be long.
Receptionist kept telling us she couldn't find our booking after several attempts and spelling out names and details out.
After writing my full name down on a piece of paper a lot of time was wasted and it made for a stressful experience. I eventually got booked in but the queue was massive.
