Jardin agréable. Très jolie maison qui peut accueillir 11 personnes en chambre + un clic clac pas très confortable dans le salon. Les points négatifs : Chambre du bas en travaux, tapisserie pas terminée, bac à douche posé dans un coin en vue d'un point d'eau ! Fuite d'eau dans une salle d'eau qui tombe dans le salon. A 2 reprises une personne est restée enfermée dans les toilettes problème avec la porte. 2 cafetières inutilisables, conciergerie et propriétaire prévenus sans retour. Dans le descriptif il devait y avoir 2 barbecues, celui a gaz n'y était pas, l'autre avait une grille toute rouillée. Draps pliés sans repassage et n'importe comment. Une location de vacances n'est pas un garde meuble ( canapés très usagés , un lit dont le pied était cassé... ) chaises du salon de jardin très sales … la maison a besoin d'être rénovée ( fuites dans la salle de bain , volets qui menacent de tomber et marquises en verre dangereuses (verres cassés). c'est une maison qui a un fort potentiel mais qui mériterait une bonne rénovation. ##### philippe b. Tout ce la a été réuni pour que nous passions un formidable week-end, merci à la propriétaire pour avoir accepté notre chien et notre départ tardif qui nous a permis de profiter de ce village au maximum. Très accessible, de beaux volumes et un esprit familial dans cette maison. Equipements au top dans la cuisine, deux frigos, congélateur et accessoires comme nous recherchions (famille de cuisinier). I would say in its present state, it is not fit for rental. The beds had plastic protectors which were very sweaty! The bathrooms are quite disgusting and one of the showers was actually just a trickle. Despite this the location is fab and it is very quiet. La maison tient toutes ses promesses, le cadre est extrêmement sympathique, à proximité du large nécessaire, et l'accueil d'Annie ainsi que la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Madame JOBERT sont hors-normes. Si vous hésitez, suivez mes conseils, foncez. Comme nous, vous aurez envie de revenir. Très fonctionnelle, bien située, cette maison a permis à la grande famille que nous sommes de nous retrouver et de profiter du soleil. Il y a de belles balades à faire à proximité. Nous avons passé un excellent week end de Pentecôte dans cette spacieuse maison décorée avec goût et parfaitement équipée pour la grande famille que nous sommes. La vue y est très agréable: Les sentiers de balade à travers les marais à 2 pas. Le port qui reçoit ses bateaux de pêche en fin de journée face aux fenêtres de la cuisine et de la salle à manger. Et puis bien sûr, Meschers, La Palmyre & Talmont à quelques minutes de là en voiture. Un acceuil chaleureux. Tout était réuni pour que nous passions un merveilleux moment dans cette partie encore sauvage de notre région. ##### Nathalie O. Située sur le port de Mortagne, cette belle, confortable et agréable maison offre une bonne capacité d'accueil. La propriétaire décore avec goût son intérieur et s'attache à satisfaire au maximum "ses clients". Le centre du village offre toutes les commodités. Des randonnées pédestres, au départ du gîte, permettent de découvrir les environs. Location idéale pour découvrir le Royannais, la route des vins, les plages aux alentours et passer d'agréables moments en famille ou entre amis. ##### Agnès et Charles K. ---
