We were staying in La Suite which was part of the spa building. This turned out to be an interesting couple of rooms which bizarrely included a football table in sitting room. The loo was separate from the bathroom where the bath was a corner bath with a shower beside. It was a little dark as the colour scheme was turquoise and grey elephant wallpaper! But the bed was comfortable and we slept well. The hotel buildings and gardens are beautiful and traditional Normandy half timber style, typical of the area. Dinner nearly didn't go so well as we seemed to be invisible to the staff when we sat on the terrace. However, once we moved inside and explained our reason the service improved and the meal was good. Overall it was good stay and we enjoyed the swimming pool and sunbed area too.

"No Aircon, though we knew that when we were booking, but the rooms weren’t equipped with fans. We noticed that the windows were in poor shape with growing mould around the seals on the inside. We chose to have breakfast but regretted it when we saw what was on offer."
