"This is my second time staying at the Birdnest. It is a wonderful, peaceful retreat on the river. Everything is as described, very clean, lots of thoughtful touches, and great communication from the owner. I loved that dogs are welcome. The yard is secure with enough space to chase a ball and run around for your pups. there was a very thoughtful welcome. Basket was not only goodies for me but a small toy for my dog. The perfect place to sit and watch the river or go out and get on the river so...

"Cute cottage but on a very noisy street. We all had difficulty sleeping. The beds were hard and the pillows all need replacing. Needs a Better cleaning protocol for dishes, rugs and upholstery. Long weeds with burrs and seeds in the yard got stuck in my dogs coat. We were close to the springs and restaurants."

"It was beautiful. The owners have thought of everything to make the place a slice of paradise. My 77 year old father was impressed. It takes a lot to impress him. House is much larger than it looks. The backyard is landscaped where you forget the neighbors. I give it 5 stars. Owner answered questions and was very helpful. Perfect getaway."

"This home is spacious and clean. The pool and backyard is serene and private. The mourning coffee sitting by the pool was relaxing with the birds and nature waking up. The host was quickly responsive when I managed to disable the electrontric entry system. Would book again if coming back this area."
