Okay so I didn’t understand why the property costed so much for the Amenities offered. There is no water bottles in room, there is no water fountain on the floor where the rooms are - so you have to go down 3 floors to fill water. No food delivery to room too. So for a 4 star this is dismal. The room was comfortable. The AC unit is very noisy. The lobby is smallish, so can’t really read a book in peace as people keep leaving and returning and it gets loud. There was a back patio but due to construction that was closed . So you really have no place to hang other than the hotel room. Now the spa is extra and you do get some discount if you are a hotel guest. I guess the spa is the biggest attraction - it’s well run and seemed to offer all the perks. So atleast that was good. The lobby staff greeting at check in could use some work. There was no real convo - more like here’s your key / enjoy the spa. It’s not the Four seasons or Fairmont but they really could train lobby staff a bit more to make the experience slightly better. I will not be returning. Please note I’m being picky as I didn’t think the price was worth the stay. I rather stay at a 3 star and some my money .
