You can enjoy an array shops, restaurants and pubs within a short walking distance. The property offers a cosy lounge with wood burning stove, and a dining area with seating for up to six. There's also a fully-equipped kitchen with additional seating for up to four. Arkle House has two bedrooms – a master bedroom with king-size bed and sofa, and a twin room with en-suite – this is perfect for small families or couples holidaying together. There is also a main bathroom with bath and shower. In the summer, you'll love relaxing in the spacious garden with patio furniture. We’re happy to welcome dogs at our property. We just ask that they aren’t left alone inside. If you’d like to leave your dog safely crated while you’re out, we can arrange this with a refundable deposit, returned in full as long as everything is left in good condition. You'll find a washer, dryer and storage space in the utility room with access to the back garden. The property also offers a gated driveway and use of the garage if needed for a small car. There is off-street parking directly outside of the cottage. Spotlessly clean, with everything anyone would need. The garden is private and enclosed, situated in a very quiet area. The beds are very comfortable too. The host provided a generous welcome pack for our arrival. This is the second time we've stayed at this property, and we will definitely be returning. The location is ideal for setting off to all the areas of interest that Northumberland has to offer.
