Even when the air conditioning was turned on, you’ll be welcomed by entering the room with a musty smell, not sure if it was from the vent. Upon check out, I was told that there was a missing face towel and would be charged for it. I asked them to recheck because I am not interested in keeping any of their old, used, and smelly towels. The person checking said everything was accounted for. The hotel needs maintenance."
