"Unfortunately we had a terrible experience at Retro Retreat, which completely ruined our New Years eve experience down in Mornington.The owner advised me just a few hours before check in that the couch was broken and they replaced it with three lawn chairs instead. I was travelling with my toddler as well as my senior parents. It was totally unacceptable to have nowhere comfortable to sit. The entire house is really disgusting.
