"The unit was perfect. We have stayed in many properties in Mornington in the past 12 years, this unit is the best by far! It was very clean, very roomy and had a beautiful aspect overlooking the bay. Communication with the owners was very easy and they were very helpful."

"What a beautiful house had everything we needed and more. The 4 bedrooms was perfect as my other 2 children stay with me and we all got ready together. Very close to little group of shops also. "

"An ideal position for anyone not wanting to drive too much. We enjoyed our stay but did think that the accommodation was on the high side price wise for what we received. Small bed, 2 bath towels but only 1 face towel, no tissues, no dish washing tablets, no washing powder - no welcoming bottle or similar - those things cost little or nothing but make a big difference. And a cleaning fee of $180 on top of us having to ensure place is as found it is hard to accept."

"Unfortunately we had a terrible experience at Retro Retreat, which completely ruined our New Years eve experience down in Mornington.The owner advised me just a few hours before check in that the couch was broken and they replaced it with three lawn chairs instead. I was travelling with my toddler as well as my senior parents. It was totally unacceptable to have nowhere comfortable to sit. The entire house is really disgusting. "The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and it was spacious, clean and had everything we needed including a kitchen, lounge room, toilet separate to the bathroom, washer and dryer. It was perfect for my partner and I, and our two kids. There was plenty of wildlife around the resort like ducks, grey baron geese, possums and cows in the field behind our villa. I would recommend staying here if you ever visit Phillip Island. The resort itself was central to everything you need."
