Charming villa, heated swimming pool, 4 to 8 persons
- This charming villa was renovated in 2012. It is fully equipped, including WiFi. It is located right above the Mormoiron village with all facilities, 5min walk. Nice view on the Ventoux and the surroundings hills.
The house has 4 bedrooms:1 bedroom with double bed and private bathroom (shower, sink, WC); 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds; 1 bedroom with bunk bed. 1 large additional bathroom with bath, WC, sink. 1 separated WC. Open kitchen on dining room, direct access to terrace with built-in BBQ. Living room with TV and piano.
There are several terraces, protected from the wind. Therefore it is possible to eat outside at any season.
The swimming pool is 4m x 8m and is heated (28°C) with floating alarm. The swimming pool is open from May to September.
Several bikes can be stored in the big washing. Private parking. Quiet dead-end street.
Deposit: 30% - Warranty 1000€.
