Loved the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic. Pool was great. The shuttle to the metro was very helpful. My only complaint would be the lack of consistency with the house keeping. Sometimes water was left, sometimes clean towels were left. We were not sure if the water was supposed to be replaced every day. However when talking to other guests, some had and some hadn’t.

The accommodations were clean, the check in was smooth, and our specific room had a kitchenette with utensils and large fridge. German (Herman) and Jose were outstanding. They are quick to answer questions via WhatsApp or in the lobby. The best part of our stay is the location! A 10 minute walk to Alcazar and the Cathedral, and the “waffle” looking structure. Lots of restaurants downstairs. And Carrefour a few steps away. The suites5 was perfect for our stay in Seville!
