This coveted location is across the street from the acclaimed Fonta Flora Brewery. It's easy to walk to restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, or to a movie. Spend the afternoon hiking the Fonta Flora trail, biking the Catawba River Greenway, or exploring nearby wineries. After a fun day exploring Lake James, enjoy a delicious dinner at one of the vibrant downtown restaurants. You can unwind and relax with a glass of wine and listen to live music. Then, walk back to your cozy retreat with a cheeky nod to 007...

Great stay at the 007 flat

We really liked the 007 flat and theme. Very welll decorated and comfortable. It felt like home away from home. Cara was an amazing host with open communication as well as lots of area advice. Morganton was quite charming and well located. Great experience!
