"It was a beautiful place, peaceful and serene! The extra amenities were excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views and the lake are great to look at on the deck, especially at sunset; get in at least one sunset! We would absolutely stay there again."

"Our trip was due to a death in the family so it was a somber visit, however the cabin was GREAT! Will definitely stay again when we go down this summer to visit family. The location was ideal we have a lot of family between Morganton & Blue Ridge so we were never more than 10 minutes from our meet up spots. Being close to downtown Blue Ridge and all the shops is something I look forward to in future visits! "

"We loved our weekend getaway at this beautiful cabin. The views were incredible and sitting in the hot tub staring at the stars was a perfect way to end the day. Everything we needed was supplied in a well stocked kitchen. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a restful relaxing experience. "

"The home was perfect for a mom getaway. The hosts were very easy to get in touch with and extremely helpful and very understanding when we almost got snowed in. We are hoping to re book this property for future events."

"Hot tub was great, snacks left by host were a nice touch. The kitchen was fully stocked and check in and out was so easy. We loved the views. We stay in the mountains about twice a year and this was the best view yet. "

"This was perfect for our large family gathering. Each couple/family was able to have their own space and the group with the younger kids thought the bunk room above the garage worked perfectly. There are enough unique features/decorations in the home we were even able to have a scavenger hunt one evening which was a blast. It was March so we didn't get to enjoy the beautiful pool or lake too much but one teenager did get out on a paddle board. There are a few things that have been "fixed" over the years I am sure that don't quite keep the standards up for the home. Such as caulk to fix grout lines. May not be noticeable to everyone but due to occupations, something many of our group noticed."

"The view is spectacular, the hot tub is awesome...This property even smells amazing thanks to the western red cedar throughout. We considered canceling the rest of our plans just so we could stay longer. What a great place! The hosts are very responsive and patient with my not tech savvy questions. Overall, 10 out of 10...would reccomend. "
