"The room was very clean, the check in was easy I did it online beforehand and it took all of 5min in person to get my keys. MJ was great and even walked all the way up to my room to fix the disconnect between the AC/heat and the thermostat. Everything was great, not so much the breakfast but the free airport shuttle makes up for it. "

"Older style hotel (doors open to the outside), but kept in really excellent condition. Clean, newer fixtures, good breakfast. Only a couple of negatives: 1. We were there during a rare New Orleans cold-snap, and on the 4th floor. Waiting for the SLOW elevator in the cold was not great. 2. Breakfast area should be larger. Not terrible,but hotel was busy when we were there, so getting a seat was a bit challenging. But overall, nice hotel, good and friendly service, and very nice and spacious rooms. Would stay there again for sure!"

"This gem was a nice place to stay. Only 5 - 10 minutes from the airport. Mr. Perry, the hotel shuttle driver was Great! He made us feel welcomed. The staff was professional, and answered questions including providing any assistance we needed. Jeremy offered recommendations, and signed us up for the rewards program as well. The only suggestion I have, is to add transportation to the pier, for people arriving to take a cruise. "
