Wind down at our peaceful and centrally-located home. You'll enjoy private access to a full basement apt in a quiet neighborhood. Feel at home with a full kitchen, comfy family room with Roku TV, and laundry room. Relax in the jetted tub or in the beautiful backyard with incredible sunset views! Enjoy premium mattresses and bedding! Located between Park City, Snowbasin, and 3 reservoirs, just 45 minutes from the SLC airport and downtown, and just 20 minutes from Ogden/Layton. Free nearby gym.
The space
Master bedroom has premium king bed, attached bathroom with shower, and a huge walk-in closet. Second and third bedrooms have comfy queen beds and walk-in closets. Hall bathroom has a jetted tub. Family room has a sofa sleeper, Roku TV, a foosball table, ping pong table, and some games. The large, peaceful backyard (shared with homeowner) has a large patio with dining set, grill, large grass area, basketball standard and pad, and amazing views! Laundry room on site. Free access to a local gym.
