This stylish first floor apartment features a light and airy open plan sitting area, kitchen and dining area, and there is also a small covered patio space at ground level and a pretty grass area to the side which can be enjoyed all year round. The Old Stables is positioned within the stunning grounds of Broadwell Manor, a quintessential Grade II\* listed Georgian country house. This beautiful apartment is a dog friendly holiday home, suitable for two dogs. The Old Stables can be booked either on its own, or with Orchard House at Broadwell Manor which sleeps two guests. Located in the same estate grounds, the two together offer an ideal setup for two families, or for friends travelling together. Accommodation This two bedroom holiday apartment in Broadwell is perfectly suited for those looking to get together with family and friends, exploring the local countryside and eateries. It was 5 minutes from Stow where we found restaurants and a grocery store. The apartment was nice, but we had issues with all the slanted ceilings. I don't even know how many times we hit our heads. The bathtub was a challenge as well because it was short and deep, didn't have a shower head (only a handheld) and was difficult to get in and out of. I was so afraid I was going to injure myself every time I used it. (I have a torn meniscus in my knee) Had I been aware there was no proper shower, I would have chosen a different property. ##### Dianna R. Quiet yet walkable to a really good pub. Comfy beds with quality linens. Stylish living spaces, with nice views towards a grand house. Handy to have washing machine and tumble dryer for a week long stay. We had a bit of an issue with dozy wasps each morning (presume there is a nest within roof space above one of the dormer windows) that needed removing. The property could do with a few more kitchen items eg another sharp knife, and hooks in the bathroom but don’t let these minor things put you off. I would recommend. ##### clare d.
