Must back in or out of the driveway with trees on one side and a dropoff on the other. Once you get to the cabin, it is great! Hot tub was an added plus. Would definitely stay again. Had everything we needed except ice. Owner stayed in touch, easy checkout.
We had a group ranging in age from 1 year old to 69 years old. Great amenities. Awesome location. Owner was extremely helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!
WE FOUNED IT VERY ADEQUET FOR OUR NEEDS, A FAMIL GET TOGETHER, THE PLACE HAD ALL THE CONVENIENCES WE NEEDED AND WAS WELL LOCATED FOR DOING THE ACTIVITIES WE WERE INTERESTED IN DOING, THE HOST WAS MOST HELPFUL AND CERTAINLY VERY EASY TO CONTACT IS IF SOMETHING WAS NEEDED.
Our family of 11 just spent a wonderful weekend in this chalet. Just minutes from the Mountain Parkway the chalet was outfitted with everything we needed. Communication from and with the owners was very good and helpful. We had a great time.
Check in and out was easy. The owner was friendly and informative and reachable if needed. Hot tub was great. Beds were great. Pool table was great. Everything was clean and stocked to accommodate a large group.
Easy location off exit for those who don't know the area.
Will definitely stay here again next time I'm at the gorge with a large group ❤️
VERY VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE OWNERS & THEIR CABIN AWSOME VEIWS PLENTY OF SPACE & THE PICTURES DON'T DO IT ANY JUSTICE !!!!! BEAUTIFULPLACE TO STAY I KNOW WE WILL BE BACK IN THE FUTURE
Excellent cabin/chalet within easy driving distance to RRG/Natural Bridge…very clean and spacious…listing was accurate and property manager was friendly…driveway is a challenge but that’s par on course for the area…really the only downside would be traffic noise from nearby Mountain Parkway…would recommend and would return
Beautiful property/view, 2 levels of wrap around decking with tables & chairs & awesome hot tub. All mattresses including the futon were perfect; not one complaint. Could have 3 people taking showers with no loss of tremendous water pressure or temp.Didn't get to use grill, pool table, board games or Cornhole (on deck) but looked pristine. Kitchen best stocked ever! K-cup & coffee pot even! 100% Loved our stay; 9 friends.
We loved the cabin, it was fully equipt. We had fum with th pool table, and corn hole and hot tub. Everything we wanted to do at the state park was so close. And so much fun. Lots of places to hike and swim. Zipling and undergroumd kayakimg was amazing. The natuarl bridge , Sunset on chimney top. Nada tunnelwas so cool! We did so much and it was all so convienent to get to. Dudbt want to leave.
This gem was very clean and cozy. Communication and hospitality from the owner was an A+. When we had any questions about our stay, the responses were prompt and friendly. We have stayed at many vrbos, staying here wasn't the ordinary vrbo, it was like staying at a families house and was comforting as such. Our family is very adventurous and out going. There was so much to do in the area from hiking, swimming, shopping, kayaking, to exploring. This home was a great place to call home away from home after our adventurous daily activities. We plan to visit the area again because there was so much to do that we ran out of time and would 💯 stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality and care ❤️
Our family enjoyed a week in this beautiful log cabin, located in the extremely scenic Red River Gorge area.
There was plenty of room for our group of 14 (ages 1 to 65) to spread out and sleep comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped and functional, with all appliances in good working order. The decks were spacious and comfortable, with a well maintained hot tub. We spent many enjoyable hours playing pool. Many trails were a short drive away, with varying length and levels of difficulty, and with some spectacular views of rock arches and sheer cliffs.
Jim provided copious recommendations for hiking and local events, and was a truly gracious yet unobtrusive host. Should we find ourselves in the area in the future, we wouldn't hesitate to rent this cabin again.
Thank you so much Jim for sharing your cabin with us!
The cabin was well located. I enjoyed the pool table, hot tub, and overall atmosphere. The driveway was steep but nothing my truck could not handle. Nothing fancy but neither am I.
We stayed there to ride our Jeeps on the DBBB trails. It was a good location to make day trips and come back and hang out with friends. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.
