The deck off the third floor offers a great space with ocean views to relax in a rocking chair and listen to the sound of the ocean. The bottom floor has 2 more rooms, a queen & another twin room, a full bath, and a cozy sitting area for extended family and friends. The second floor offers a comfortable kitchen/living/porch area for everyone to relax & enjoy the privacy granted from the Live Oaks surrounding the property. Located in a cul-de-sac with walking paths to both the beach & the shopping center/grocery store just across the street. The house was just about perfect for our party of 10 with enough space for everyone, kids and adults. It was very clean with all the amenities you could ask for. The ocean view from the top floor porch was even better than expected. There’s a wonderful boardwalk through the trees that leads to the beach access. There were enough beach chairs and other beach things provided, including a wagon, to make for a great time. Very convenient to not have to travel with these things ourselves. We’ve been N Myrtle Beach goers for many many years which in recent years, has become extremely busy/crowded/commercialized. This home is a great location - for beaching as well as close to groceries and restaurants. Very quiet and very clean. Beach access was a short and fun adventure for our little ones and having chairs, umbrellas, toys and a wagon to get it back and forth was priceless! Rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. Kitchen was great for making meals and big table to gather around for meals as well as card games was a bonus. We all loved the access to porches even kept us semi dry dealing with Hurricane Betty. Our stay here was for 7 days and it was fantastic! We rented this home so that our families could all come together and also visit the grandparents who live New Bern. The house was perfect. We had enough space to spread out both inside and out. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all on the main floor and there was lots of room and chairs for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with all the tools we needed for our stay. There are three bedrooms upstairs that include the Master with King bed and private bathroom, one queen bedroom that was very generous in size and a third bedroom with two twin sized beds that also had lots of room. There are two bedrooms downstairs (one queen and two twins) and a living room with TV where the kids hung out. There is a boardwalk that takes you from the house to a road in front of the beach. From there you walk on a path between the houses to get to the beach. The walk took about 5-10 minutes depending on how much stuff you take! We definitely recommend staying here and would rent from the owners again. ##### Virginia J.
