We tried to call the rental agency and emergency number but could not get a hold of anyone so there was no AC in the unit on Friday night. We called again in the morning and could not get a hold of anyone until Saturday afternoon and then once the AC people finally came out Saturday night they said it was completely broken. We could not even get put in a new location until late Saturday night so we could not even stay that night. There has been no signs of any sort of refund as of yet and we have not even received the security deposit back. This was extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend. ##### Parker H. Complex was great with the pools and the beach access as well as fun people all around. This spot was great with small kids, so many family friendly restaurants and cute playgrounds in the area.
