All on one level! Beautiful 3 BR condo with two and a half baths all on one level, with elevator and/or the stairwell to get up one level to the unit. A perfect day would be a walk on the beach in the morning watching the dolphins glide by, perhaps fishing, playing on the beach, a little pool time, nap time, and then sit on the screened deck watching the sunset. Condo sleeps 6: \* King in master with bathroom; \* Queen in 2nd BR (half bath); \* 2 twins in 3rd BR (hall bath). \*\*\* Self check-in and self check-out. Individual codes for keypad on front door. \*\*\* This is a no smoking property. No smoking in the condo, or around the pool, elevators, second floor common areas. No candles. Parking passes (2) provided for your stay. Renters park in the designated spaces in front of the building, not under the buildings. There are carts to load/unload your belongings and take up the elevator to the condo. \*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\* Please use the shower down at the beach walkway between the two buildings to shower off any sandy toys, chairs, kids before coming up on to the condo. Thank you! \*\*\* New HVAC in 2025 New in 2023/2024: Vinyl plank flooring throughout Tiled shower in master bath Vanities and toilets in all 3 bathrooms Kitchen countertops and tile backsplash TVs mounted on walls \*\*\*\*\*\* New in 2022: New Roku smart tv in "twin" bedroom New Spectrum DVD/dvr's, new wifi tower \*\*\* Bring your own beach towels, but I have the other linens. Towels are in the dresser in the king bedroom. We have a washer-dryer in the unit; but please bring your own detergent and dryer sheets. \*\*\* The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans; and you can use the charcoal grills located by the parking lot to cook a fantastic dinner while you are there - steaks and/or seafood on the grill? Or how about just hamburgers and hot dogs? I have included a picture of the grill area for our building. There are also some excellent restaurants nearby. \*\*\* Check-in is at 4 p.m.; check-out at 10 a.m. Ask me in advance if you need earlier or later. I would appreciate if guests would remove shoes at the front door. If you break something, please let me know and attempt to replace it. This complex is near the Carteret county aquarium, ranked 9th in the country, and Pine Knoll Shores, which was recently advertised in Coastal Living! You can watch the dolphins and even the kite surfers from the deck of the condo or the gazebo! There is also a day dock on the sound side across the street, by the overflow parking lot and boat storage area. Parking passes (2) provided for your stay. Park in the parking lot, not under the building. If you don't find a space, there is an overflow lot across from building 1. No smoking and no pets! Sorry, the Homeowners Association guidelines say that renters and/or guests are not allowed to bring pets. Saturday to Saturday rentals, unless otherwise agreed upon. Safety First!! Ocean: Please look at the warning signs/flags out at the beach. If you see red flags, that means NO SWIMMING. Can you put a tent on the beach? Small tents/canopies are allowed on our beaches, provided they are properly secured (tents over 200 ft & canopies over 400 ft need a permit). However, we strongly recommend that these structures are not left up overnight. Objects left on the beach overnight may interfere with nesting sea turtles and their hatchlings, and they also have a tendency to go missing when they are left unattended. In order to keep your visit safe and enjoyable, we suggest that any structures be removed from the beach at night. Monthly rates will have two cleanings - one in the middle, and one at the end. This unit is privately owned. The homeowners are NOT responsible for ANY accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur to the renter(s), or any guests or visitors of the renter(s), while in the unit, on the premises, or while using any community facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or of any harm to others whom they invite to use the premises. 8\. As noted cell reception is best in front bedroom or out on balcony. Even though on 1st floor--outside area very comfortable and having elevator to move groceries up was a godsend!! Plenty of room and beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Close to anything you would need for a weeks vacation. Plenty of great restaurants within 5 to 10 minute drive. Grocery store within a mile. Condo was clean, beds comfortable, kitchen well-stocked, enough closet/dresser space. Convenient to Morehead City and Beaufort. The easy beachfront access is wonderful -- out the door, down the stairs, and you're on the walkway to the beach, which is beautiful and uncrowded. Don't worry about being so close to the walkway as it is not very busy. Mornings sitting on the screened in porch at the pub table with a cup of coffee were the best. The weather was not very good related to the impending hurricane. The pool was locked on Tuesday as a precaution...the homeowner had no control over... Jenny kept us updated on evacuation and unfortunately we had to leave after 4 days...She responds quickly and efficiently. Unit is nice, clean and has a fully stocked kitchen. It was fine , needs a thorough deep cleaning. It was surface clean only. The coffee maker was especially dirty. I had to really scrub before using. Some of the dishes had some residue, maybe they had not been used over the winter. The showers, bottom of doorways and windows need thorough cleaning.
