The property has PRIVATE GAZEBO ACCESS to 600 ft of Pristine, SECLUDED BEACH. Experience peaceful walks, shelling, sunbathing, and sunset walks along the beach! Feel the fresh breeze and gaze out into the Ocean while enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine at one of the Gazebos or seating areas on the 2nd floor deck. Coastal Bike Path is also available for jogging, biking, or walking. Our guests' safety and comfort are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. There is no "shared air" as there is no enclosed lobby and the unit has an individual wall mounted a/c. This is a SMOKE-FREE Oceanside Complex. The aerial photo shows how close you will stay to the beach as well as the location of your space within the building. The unit has a queen bed, full size futon, a kitchenette w/ appliances, flat screen TV, and WiFi. Perfect for couples, singles, and families with small children. An Outdoor Pool, Large Grassy Area, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to guests. This is a beachfront complex but your unit faces the road side of the complex and does NOT have a Direct Ocean View. Have the convenience of driving right up and parking right in front of your unit! You can enjoy Ocean views from the wraparound public balcony on the 2nd floor, and from the two Gazebos overlooking the Ocean (as shown in the photos). There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the housekeeper). There is a coin operated laundry room on site for longer stay guests. Secure Complimentary WiFi is provided for your convenience. Many local eateries/shops are within walking distance. Dollar General is across the street and Food Lion is a mile away. Additional restaurants, a movie theater, and a shopping center are a short drive away. Perfect getaway for a romantic weekend, or a family retreat ...watch dolphins splash from the oceanside gazebo ... don’t miss the sunset over the ocean waves .... stroll the sandy beach ... build a sandcastle with the kids ... surf cast for one of the many varieties of fish in our ocean waters ... watch surfers hang ten.... Guests must inform host of the type, breed, and size, as well as confirmation of all pet meds and flea meds. $100 pet fee is required per stay. \- Max 4 guests including infants. \- 2 vehicles max. \- No boats or trailers allowed to park on the premises. \- Pool open seasonally subject to management's discretion (usually May to early October) \- Facilities only for registered guests to include beach access, pool, and parking area. What is an extra plus is the beach was not crowded...down by the multi-story hotels the beaches are super crowded...this area is mostly crowd free. There is also a beautiful swimming pool on the property.The room is like a tiny apartment...actually, I could live there forever. All the linens were very nice, crisp, and clean. The kitchen area is well stocked for those wishing to cook and dine in. Coffee pot. Microwave. Soap. Shampoo. Hair dryer. Ceiling fans. Great air/con. There is a laundry room on the property...we did not use it. Happily the tiny closet has two beach chairs. The building is located right on the beach, yet there’s minimal traffic. The area was quaint and quiet, the unit was spotless upon arrival. We spent Thanksgiving there and had everything we needed to cook our meals. Communication with Nick was seamless and he was always prompt. If you’re looking for a laid back place to get away ans recharge, this place is surely it. ##### Lauren M. Storage was the only thing that was a little tricky, we did unpack, and used the cabinets built in to what looks like used to be a closet. Our only recommendation would be modify that area and add drawers and clothing storage. There is cabinet storage in the small kitchen. Parking right in front of door, easy walk with a loaded beach cart for a relaxing day on a quiet clean beach. (We had to lift it over a couple of small stairs to get over dunes) The pool looked nice and clean but we are such beach lovers that we didn’t even get in. The bathroom near the pool was a short trip from the beach that kept us from having to go back the room. We’ll definitely be back! ##### Melissa S. Beach access and quality was perfect for anyone, esp kids. It was well stocked, and the pool in good condition. However there was a strong musty smell, and while was nothing visible but I wasn’t confident it was mold-free. We did run the dehumidifier the whole time, which didn’t seem to help. I wanted to give this property a 5, but that smell needs to be addressed for the price. ##### Ann M. No place to put luggage, or hide vacuum and roll away ned that we did not need. More storage space would be nice. Large frig and extra linens were nice. This unit was cozy and beautifully decorated. A well working AC with a ceiling fan over the bed, internet and cable provided the perfect spot to cool off, watch TV, and take a break from the warmth of the beach. The beach is just a short walk from the door. A pool is nearby for a cooling swim. The location to nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and activities makes it an ideal place to stay! ##### Lisa P. I am handicapped so being close to the beach was something I had not done in about 10 years. Also being handicapped I was confined to the unit for periods of time and thanked the universe for its Wi-Fi and internet access. Tv was also an available distraction.
