This Beautiful & Modern Ocean side Cottage 3-story with 3 Bedrooms and 31/2 bath, one bedroom on first floor, two bedrooms on 2nd floor. Each bedroom has private full bath.
Only 5 min walk to the beach,the Triple S Marina is just across the street from the house. Guest also has the access to park the trailer & boat. This home with both Sound and Ocean views! Great location with open beach access! Property is conveniently located right between the Sound and ocean, with beautiful views of the both! Very, elegantly furnished and designed.There is an outside shower for after beach play.
The Kitchen is on the top floor has high quality appliances and the dining room has a Grand view. There are three large wood deck balconies (one on each floor) and an outside shower for after beach play.

Beautiful home, perfectly located!
Mary’s property was perfect for our family. A short walk to the beach and wonderful water views from the decks. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a fantastic location and I appreciated how she connected with us and made sure all of the info was easy to access. Mary is a delightful host and we loved her home. We will definitely be back!

Quick beach getaway
Went down for a long weekend and took the boat. House was in a great location and right across from a marina which was convenient. Quick walk to the beach as well. House was clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen worked as expected. Mary was easy to communicate with. Good experience overall

It was nice and convenient
Everything was great. A couple things that I would like to mention the ants are terrible around the back porch & it was a short amount of toilet paper and paper towels. It’s not that big of a deal but the house sleeps 8 people and 5 rolls of toilet paper just isn’t enough. Overall 5 star experience!’

Great place to stay!
Very clean and lovely home. Nice full size bathrooms in each bedroom. Beautiful view off the third floor balcony which is where the living room, dining area and kitchen are located. Owner very quick to respond to all questions. Wonderful place to vacation!

Very Nice Place To Stay
Our family get together was great in this home. We enjoyed the view from the deck especially all the lights from the Morehead city port. The location was close to everything and a short walk down the street to a beautiful beach. Mary the host was excellent to work with and very accomodating.

Family fun
Great checking in and communicating with the owner. A few items in need of updates, repair. Got a workout for the week with the kitchen upstairs, so I had no guilt missing my workouts! Central location, could go to most attractions in under 20 minutes drive. 10 min walk to the beach was bonus. The beach is huge, lots of shells, families and fun!
