This completely remodeled and updated coastal unit is ready for you to enjoy the best of both worlds - the sound and the ocean! Enjoy the breeze on the deck or from the common spaces. Or just relax at the pool. Boats allowed (see additional details below about boats). Fishing and walks on the beach are always rewarding not to mention the sunrises and the sunsets. The ocean is a three minute walk with easy access. Walk to restaurants, movies, and shopping.

Beautiful second floor condo, with access to a delightful beach, only a 3 minute walk away, right across the street via an easy public access. Includes a pool, outdoor grills, space for kids to run around, and free parking. Walking distance to a couple restaurants/shops and close to all Atlantic Beach, Emerald Isle, Morehead City, and Beaufort have to offer. Come enjoy your stay at the Southern Outer Banks!

Well appointed kitchen and a full bath. Very comfortable queen-size bed, plus a sofa for additional sleeping space. While it can accommodate up to four people, for this 300 square foot space, a maximum of three adults is recommended. Two adults with one child or two smaller children is also OK for this space. Coffee, teas, linens, towels, and beach towels provided for your convenience.

You can relax with high-speed internet, cable TV, along with an easy beach life. Great place to stay for that quiet vacation getaway to the coast!

You'll have full private access to the entire studio condo, along with shared community amenities, such as the pool, the yards, the walk-to beach, gazebo, picnic tables, deck, and a great community on the island!

Note: We welcome nice, responsible humans of all races, ethnicities, origins, genders, orientations, and religions!

ATTENTION BOATERS:
All of the boat parking spaces and dock spaces are reserved. There are no available boat spaces at this time. If you wish to bring a boat, please contact me. I live locally and can allow you to park you boat at my place, space permitting.

Cute little condo for a vacation getaway. Beach access is so convenient, and the pool is nice. Everyone we talked to at the complex was very friendly. Just a short distance to stores and restaurants. This was a great place for my husband and I. Would highly recommend it and hope to be back in the future.

Memorial weekend stay

Nice place, nicely decorated. Pro's: easy access to beach, swimming pool on site, lots of restaurants and shops near by. Con's: small sink in bathroom due to full size walk in shower,lack of storage space for clothes,food,etc., doesn't face pool as pictured (doesn't say it does just gives impression)-actually on side facing parking lot. Overall nice place, have stayed in several units in this complex and always happy.

Lovely Small Place to Stay

Very nice, clean room that was more than adequately equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Instruction notebook contained detailed information including how to access cable TV--be sure to read it! Plenty of supplies were available. There are excellent grocery stores in the area and we were able to cook our meals. Bathroom sink was really cute, but on the small side. Shower is full size and owner left shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which was very considerate. Very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again!

We had the best time!!

Location was perfect for a little weekend get away with my boyfriend, 2 min walk to the beach and we even sat on the boat dock on the sound and ate our dinner one night, the views of the sunset were perfect. Very short drive to restaurants and downtown morehead, would love to stay here again and make this a new tradition for us.
