The Staff were very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was great

Clean and comfortable (recently refurbished) with easy check in and out. Staff friendly and helpful. The artesian pool was great, if a little hot for us. Nice to be able to sit outside our room. Security was very tight, with codes to access the gates (in and out) and the room. A few cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Basic room with basic amenities, although everything was clean. Inconsiderate neighbours starting vehicles at 5-30 am, then took ages to load vehicle, banging doors, which must have awakened the whole resort

We booked this motel for 2 nights so we could relax in the spa pools and it was ideal to be able to change in our room and walk to the pools. The hot indoor pool was really too hot for comfort so no-one used it while we were there. The cool pool was pretty cold so we made good use of the warm pool, as did others, but it wasn't overcrowded. Can't comment on the restaurant food but we looked at the menu and thought it was a bit expensive. One niggle - the dinner plates provided in the room were...

Very welcoming

Lovely clean and comfortable accommodation with great amenities. Reception/checkin was excellent. Bed was very comfortable.

Parking was easy, right outside the room. Step free access. Lovely pub just across the road. Small pool with pool noodles etc, was very refreshing after the drive. Room was very spacious with air freshener for the bathroom, a very nice addition. Microwave, kettle, plenty of towels including pool towels. Free wifi. Highly recommended this hotel

Absolutely lovely stopover in one of the nicest towns we experienced on our long drive from Ballarat to Hervey Bay

Great stay. Clean room and generously stocked bar/fridge ( yes you do have to pay) The optional breakfast was served to my room and was tasty and hot.
