The spacious living room features large windows, offering natural light, and a cosy fire adds warmth. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar, perfect for meals with a view. Both bedrooms are stylish and comfortable. With modern amenities, a well-appointed bathroom, and easy access to the beach and local attractions, it's the ideal base for a seaside getaway whether it be for work or play! Pets allowed. No parties. No smoking. This property is STRICTLY NON-SMOKING. Please DO NOT light candles or any other items that may cause a fire. When leaving please ensure that all windows and doors are securely locked. Please keep the keys to the property safe, if you lose them or lock them in the property as this may require a locksmith to attend which will be chargeable. In the event of a fire, guests should make their way to to the road outside the property. In the event guests cannot make their way down please keep the doors closed and call for help. Please call 999 and ask for Fire services and quote 34 Back Crescent street, Morecambe, LA4 4FB Please note the importance of closing doors at night to protect the escape routes of the apartment. Vacating the property: Please return the keys to the key safe box, remembering to scramble the numbers.
