"The host was very helpful regarding directions as Google Maps were not fully up to date. Also warned us about possibility of have no hot water but this was resolved before we arrived. Convenient location close to the centre of Naracoorte. Would stay again."

"Property conveniently located to centre. Room adequate, convenient parking. The shower however was full of mould and builtup "gunk" in the corners and made showering an unpleasant experience. Ideally should be repointed and thoroughly cleaned and kept that way."

"Unfortunately I won’t stay at this motel again, there was nothing wrong with the room as a matter of fact I was very happy with it. When we arrived the desk person said we had paid for a higher rated room than had been allocated so they swapped the room. I said we would be leaving early and asked if there was a key box. There was. Tired after a long day of work and travelling we were in bed early, I got hot and decided rather than put on the aircon I’d move to the single bed. The following evening I received a message from Expedia asking me to call the motel, I expected that I may have left an item in the room. The reception I received on calling was a very irate person asking where the room key was, I explained I’d put it in the key box. He kept arguing saying it wasn’t there… I said I definitely popped it in the key box, after sometime he found the key in the key box. You would expect a sorry all good but nope, he then had a go at me for using the extra bed!! Very angry that it cost $15 in cleaning fees. I asked what he would like me to do and offered to pay the extra amount. But no he just wanted to stay angry. Needless to say, I wouldn’t feel welcome at this motel again. So lovely room or not, I’ll be looking at a different motel."
