Hotel just ok, not that clean. When asking to clean the room & change bed, they didn't change the bed sheets, vacuum the room, only dumped the trash & provide towels. The card slot on elevator didn't work well like falling apart, need to insert the card into slot soany time in order to get it work!

I absolutely adore the Adelphi! I stayed for one night in a room with a large bed and a single. As soon as we entered the service was impeccable. We were able to wait, seated inside as our room was being cleaned. Staff making sure we were comfortable. The room itself was clean, comfortable and beautiful. From the decor to the layout the room. Complimentry breakfast aswell as snacks made for an unforgettable experience standing out from every single hotel I’ve stayed at in the city. Thank you to Karrot for cleaning our room and the rest of Adelphi staff for making my friends birthday so so special, we will be back!

"The main thing that I didn’t like is that on the reservation screen it showed clearly that it was a two bedroom suite and when I went to check in it was a one bedroom suite so I ended up having to pay an extra $1,000 for the weekend"
