The bright and tastefully furnished living room features a relaxation area with a sofa and two comfortable armchairs, harmoniously integrated with the open-plan kitchen — modern and fully equipped — ideal for preparing meals to share around the practical wooden dining table. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom and a second bedroom with two single beds, both with spacious wardrobes, perfect for keeping clothes and accessories neatly organized. Large windows open onto a splendid private wooden terrace, surrounded by a lush green hedge that ensures privacy and peace. The apartment is completed by two spacious bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, designed to meet every need. During the summer months, guests can enjoy the shared swimming pool, nestled in the tranquility of the surrounding garden, or access the private beach of the residence — a green lakeside retreat where you can relax on the grass, take a refreshing swim, or explore the shores on a SUP or canoe. Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.
