"great hotel for value and comfort. Buses nearby for downtown Geneva and Airport. Good restaurant, good area for working, bar with some vibes and good staff. Great room cleaning service."

"The pool is the reason I stay there. It is great. Breakfast is great. Staff are friendly and informative. Location near to Ferney-Voltaire restaurants and groceries excellent. Good access to public transportation. Exercise facilities fine. The shower is mostly non-functional and not appropriate for anyone with physical issues that make it hard to step over a very high bathtub to get into the shower. The carpeting in the hallway was disgusting. I have asked for a room on a different floor for my next stay coming up soon. Airport shuttle good but you need to know the airport because you are dropped off on the French side of the airport so you need to plan for extra time to go through the airport and out baggage claim in order to check in on the Swiss side."

"Nous étions 4 en cyclotourisme. On a bcp apprécié qu'ils acceptent d'entreposer nos boîtes de vélo pour la durée de notre voyage afin qu'on puisse les récupérer pour reprendre l'avion à la fin. Le personnel à l'accueil était tes sympatiques et aidant lorsqu'on leur demandait informations ou services. Nous avons réservé 2 fois un hébergement pour 4 personnes. Les 2 appart. étaient très différents et ce, pour le même prix. Le 2è bcp plus propre, plus grand et sur 1 étage plutôt que 2. On ne sait pas à l'avance lequel nous sera attribué."

"Lovely friendly welcome. Accessible lift for me & my mobility aid to reception. A bit disappointed that all the tables in the restaurant were booked for dinner. We were able to eat on the patio but it was right next to the passing traffic. Room had a fabulous view. (I paid for an upgrade). Bathroom could do with a decent walk in shower."
