"The house and property were perfect! The surrounding gardens were gorgeous. Plenty of beds and modern bathrooms for extended family. Very large updated kitchen. Had fun playing darts, ping pong and pool in our downtime. And the stargazing is unparalleled!!! Thank you for a wonderful first visit to VT… won’t be our last!"

"The log cabin house we stayed at was having an issue with odor but I got in touch with Julie and she sent us to the madhouse rental and it was an excellent experience. She was very helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend madhouse rental property for your stay in Warren VT."

"This is a wonderful spacious unit. Everything was extremely comfortable and all the heating elements with separate controls worked very well which is really nice when some like their rooms cooler or warmer than others. The host was helpful and responsive when we had difficulty opening the lock and we were very impressed when we called about the unsafe ice on the long steps up to the unit and they came over immediately and removed it. Our only criticism is that this is definitely NOT a ski in or ski out unit. There is a way to walk down the road a ways to a trail entrance, but the road was either icy or muddy and not really walkable. It was also a very long uphill walk at the end of the day. That said, if you have a big group, this rental is great and if you have someone who can drive down the road or to the base and drop off, it would be perfect"
