"It’s an old farm house with a lived in feel. The setting was relatively central. Clean. Plenty of towels/linens. Had a small maintenance issue during our stay and the host was very communicative and it didn’t affect our stay at all. Warren Falls right down the down, Shelburne and Burlington within an hour, Middlebury and Montpelier even closer. No AC in the middle of some record breaking heat wasn’t bad as we did as they suggested and closed windows and curtains during day and opened them back up during the night to bring in the cooler air. Had everything we needed"

"Nice location off of Route 100 there was a little road noise but the house is situated a bit back. The seating was super comfy and the kitchen was nicely stocked for cooking. It was awesome to be able to bring our pup! "

"This is a wonderful spacious unit. Everything was extremely comfortable and all the heating elements with separate controls worked very well which is really nice when some like their rooms cooler or warmer than others. The host was helpful and responsive when we had difficulty opening the lock and we were very impressed when we called about the unsafe ice on the long steps up to the unit and they came over immediately and removed it. Our only criticism is that this is definitely NOT a ski in or ski out unit. There is a way to walk down the road a ways to a trail entrance, but the road was either icy or muddy and not really walkable. It was also a very long uphill walk at the end of the day. That said, if you have a big group, this rental is great and if you have someone who can drive down the road or to the base and drop off, it would be perfect"
