### Entire place

You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Northern Lights 3pm checkout!

7 minutes or 1.8 miles to Fargo Broadway, 3 blocks from MSUM, 3 blocks to Vic’s Bar, Jefferson Lines picks up and drops off 3 blocks away. Fast food, grocery store, & dollar store only 1/3 mile away.  
  
Apartment is one of four apartments in a fourplex. 1 bedroom 1 full bathroom, and kitchen. The bedroom has 1 queen bed and there is a bunk bed that is full size on bottom and twin size on top. The living room has 1 full size leather couch, 1 matching loveseat, and a sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper converts into a full size bed. The living room TV is a 58” flatscreen Roku. Host has subscription to Netflix and Peacock, or you may use your own subscriptions for YouTube etc. Kitchen has all the basics you need oven, microwave, keurig, food ninja, spice rack, dining table for 3\. The living room has lots of end tables, coffee table, and desk so it’s convenient to eat in living room or kitchen.  
  
The back yard is a shared parking lot. There is a shared laundry room.

This is not in an upscale neighborhood, its mixed with regular homes, apartment buildings, close to a trailer park, and also close the MSUM campus.  
  
The place is far from perfect I’m trying to make improvements every week. I hope you find the quality equals the description in the listing and you have a 5 star experience based on the price point. If there’s anything I can do to improve your experience please let me know and I’ll do my very best to make your visit the best I can.
