The reception manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. She remembered my name on checkout which was impressive."

"The room was damp and dusty, no housekeeping on a multiple night stay, the cleanliness standard was very low and heating inadequate. The room did not meet nor match advertised expectations. Such a shame as the location is very pretty. Not at all worthy of pricing. "
