Bei schlechterem Wetter kann man sich gut innen aufhalten, weil alles sehr gemütlich eingerichtet ist. Im Ort gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, zum See geht es einige Höhenmeter bergab, was aber auch mit dem Rad gut machbar ist. Vielen Dank für die schöne Ferienwoche. "

"Our room was amazing. A little info on how to use the washer/dryer would have been helpful. The chef was new and we waited over 2 hours for our dinner. It would have been so much better if the staff had come out and said we are so sorry but your meal will be another hour or two instead they just kept apologizing when we kept asking what was taking so long. We only made the mistake once. Never ate there again."

"This hotel is very well located. It is at the center of Augsburg. The rooms are nice but quite small for a 5 star hotel but very nice and clean. Confortable beds. The staff at the reception are very nice and willing to help. The concierge not so much. I needed information and advice and she was not responsive. A 5 star hotel needs to have someone better involved in helping the guests."

"The room was clean and the staff were helpful. The man at the bar was a lifesaver with his kindness. I really appreciated his help! I struggled to find the parking at first. And exiting the parking was rough. I paid online with an app, but I didn't have any service in the parking garage. I'd buzz for help from the front desk and one of the times I was greeted with an unfriendly man who told me I needed to pay more if I wanted to get out. Thankfully he did end up letting me out, but it was very stressful. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay. Very close to the train station that goes right to Marienplatz. And the room was air conditioned!"
