9/10 Wonderful! (135 reviews)
Staff was excellent. We had inquired about laundry services through the expedia app. When we arrived, she had researched local places, as the inhouse had a 24hour turnaround service, but we were only staying 1 night.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,000 reviews)
Despite being an older property this hotel has kept the best of the past and integrated it with currently accepted standards.
The hotel and staff couldn't be better. The room was comfortable and had a lovely table next to the window seating area for two with a large table next to the window.
Walking to your room every staff member greeted you with a welcome and a smile.
The location was great and for our first visit to Waterford itvset the stage.
