"Enjoyed my stay"

"The home was lovely would definitely stay again."

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share our experience. My family rented both Unit A and Unit B for my aunt's 70th birthday, and unfortunately, the property did not meet our expectations or the quality shown in the listing. The cleanliness was one of our biggest concerns. The bathrooms were in poor condition, the inside of the kitchen cabinets was dirty with debris, and the property did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The bedroom in Unit...

"The house was perfect for our stay and the host was very accommodating!"

"Had a very nice stay here when we were in town for a wedding. The property is tucked back away from major roads, in a nice quiet area. The beds were comfortable and we slept great! The Jack-and-Jill bathroom between the bedrooms was plenty spacious for the four of us to share and the half bath on the first floor came in handy. Great communication and responsiveness from the host."

"Property was clean and everything in working order. The host is fantastic! Highly recommend."

"Pictures need to be updated to reflect current decorations and condition. Property is very hard to access with the streets being permenitly closed. Great for 1 night while traveling."

"My stay here was great. The beds were comfortable and the home itself was clean and cozy. I’d definitely stay here again."

"The place was clean and comfortable and only 6 minutes from our family. We enjoyed our visit very much and hope to return."

"Host was very responsive. The house served our needs very well for my wife & I traveling with three elderly parents and a child. It has been fixed up nicely, but be aware it is still an older home with an older home feel. It is priced reasonably for what it is. We would stay here again on future visits to our Birmingham family."

"Great hosts, great location, easy highway access, and plenty of food/store options minutes away!"

"The host was very nice and helpful. The house met the needs of our family. "

"My boys loved the pool and there was plenty of room for all of us! Would stay again."

"Nice cozy place for a good price."

"This was our 4th year staying at this property. We love the location, as it’s close to all of the things we want to do. The home has so much room for us to spread out in. We were so happy to stay here again and look forward to next year."

"Great property clean & spacious "

"Great price and location. As advertised, quiet and secluded."

"Pet friendly"

"This place is full of black MOLD. The moment you walk in you can smell the musty damp air. Every closet upstairs has visible mold on the walls and ceiling. The master bay window has clear water damage and mold spots on the drywall. The basement has water damage with drywall and baseboards that were never fixed and mold in every corner. The ceiling in the basement was falling down in multiple spots and there is spotty mold around every vent. The house was generallydirty, inside and out. The...
