On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms with private bathroom (shower) and TV (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 2 single beds 90x200 cm), separate toilet and laundry area. Private parking (3 vehicles). 2 terraces (one from the kitchen, the other on the ground floor of the gîte accessible by an external stone staircase). Beautifully renovated village house offering generous volumes, 9 km from La Rosière / Domaine San Bernardo, on a south-facing mountainside. Very quiet area, in a typical hamlet. Very comfortable, warm and cozy cottage with careful decoration. Two terraces offer a superb unobstructed view of the valley, the Paradiski resorts and the massif.
