22m² studio apartment for 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor of the building, it features a south-facing balcony with views over the Bourg-Saint-Maurice valley.  
  
The living area includes a 130cm sofa bed, coffee table, television, DVD player, and dining area.  
  
In the entrance: two 80cm bunk beds.  
  
The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
