. Beautiful traditional farmhouse dating from 1860, tastefully renovated with respect for local architecture and in the spirit of a family home. Just 100m from the slopes linking Les Karellis. Charming typical hamlet nestled in the heart of an unspoilt natural setting of meadows and forests. The hamlet enjoys exceptional views over the valley and mountains, and a pleasant southeast exposure. Ecogite quality renovation, with particular attention paid to the selection of healthy, locally-sourced materials. This gîte offers a pleasant, authentic mountain feel for a family holiday close to nature. Les Karellis resort 10km away. Orelle link to Val Thorens / 3 vallées 27km / cross-country skiing 800m. Swimming pool 10km away. Lake 16km away.  
  
Semi-detached Ecogite in a traditional country house. Two entrances: shared entrance for the three gîtes or individual entrance on the same level. First floor: large living room (lounge - kitchen - living room). 1 shower room (Italian shower) with WC. 1 separate WC. First floor: mezzanine opening onto living room with relaxation area and sleeping area with 3 single beds arranged in a shepherd's bed style. 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160\*200cm).
