Perfect set-up for our stay in Old Montreal! All the convenience of an apartment with the reliability and support of a well-staffed and really helpful front desk. The apartment and all areas of the building were spotless and high-end. We'll look for Sonder in other locales in the future!

Broken bedroom window held together with tape... Sofa so stained i had to turn cushion over. Everything else was fantastic, but for the price paid i absolutely do not expect these sorts of issues. Staff was spectacular and check in / out was very easy.
