This is an apartment located in the heart of downtown Montréal., 4 minutes walking distance from Place des festivals (place-des-arts)   
EVERYTHING can be accessible by a walking distance (St-Catherine Street, Place-des-arts, Old Port, Chinatown, St-Laurent Blvd, St-Denis St, Convention center)  
Public transportation (metro and bus) is 1 minute away  
  
This rustic apartment has 2 closed bedrooms, one kitchen, one living room and a bathroom. This place can host up to 6 people.  
The main bedroom: 1 queen bed, 1 double sofa bed  
The other bedroom: 2 single beds  
The living room: One sectional sofa, 2 armchairs, 1 work desk, 1 high round table with 4 chairs, 55-inch smart Roku television  
The Kitchen: fridge, cooking stove & oven, microwave, dishwasher, all dishes and cooking tools
