This is a great place to stay! Awesome location and facilities. The staff were very nice and helpful. My only complaint was that the water in the shower and pool was cold.

I stayed at the Hyatt on a Sat in April for one night. I had with me my spouse and 2 children. Our stay was comfortable and kids really enjoyed the pool. Room was clean. Breakfast was very much appreciated and had a wide variety / stocked frequently by servers who were quick to clear the plates from the table and brought coloring materials for my kids. Only two issues were the sink in the bathroom needs unclogging as water would collect and sit there. Also, the parking was a nightmare. The underground garage was not able to accommodate our vehicle due to height restrictions. My husband ended up parking on the street (which was supposed to be free on weekends) but it was a no park zone and we ended up getting a ticket for $90. Overall, I would consider staying here again.

Hotel is super close to Beri UQAM subway station and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Room very nice and clean with all the essentials. Elevators quick and staff friendly. Great city view of Mont Royal and downtown.

Parking situation is awful. They should let people know that the parking area and spots are for very small cars. We had a lot of trouble, stress anxiety and time taken up by parking. So much so that I would not return to this hotel because of it.

We loved our stay at the Hyatt. The hotel was extremely clean, all the staff were very friendly. This is a great hotel for families. The hotel is situated in a sketchy area of the city, but we still liked having everything close by. The only thing I would say is that the parking lot is very small. There isn't a lot of space as it is a shared lot. Overall, great hotel we would definitely come back!

The hotel and staff was excellent, better than what I expected. It is close to everything, however the area where the hotel is located is very dirty and I didn't feel safe. FYI: The parking garage next to the hotel is only good for small SUVs, You might need to look for other options if your vehicle is too big.

We were really happy with our stay here. Comfortable, spacious, updated room. We enjoy walking and explored downtown and old town Montreal. So many lovely restos just two blocks over on Rue St Denis. (Really nice Thai at cute little Mia Thai and Italian style pizza at Campari.) Pleasantky surprised by the included breakfast buffet - several hot items, toast and bagel station, yogurt and granola, fresh fruit, etc. Not gourmet of course, but a good meal to start to the day! Staff were all really good! Super couteous and helpful.

The hotel was beautiful, efficiently run, spotless, and very comfortable. Parking was reasonable at 23.00 per day! Free breakfast was included! Walking distance to many of the sites we visited and Metro Station nearby! Highly recommend and would stay there again on our next trip!
